We have collated all required information on our courses and facilities on the BrainMax Animation website. The students are welcome to pay a visit to our institution in Chennai after having arrived at an overall understanding on their respective choice of courses. THE COURSE COUNSELLORS
The prospective students can seek the help of the course counsellors in case there is any confusion on choosing the right course. They are here to assess the needs, passion and skills of the candidates and guide them to make the right decision that will suit their creative aspirations. It is possible to organize these meetings as a group or on a one to one basis, based on the requirements of the applicants.
WHAT NEXT?
Doing the right research and selecting the right course forms the major part of the admission procedure. Once the applicant has crossed that stage, they are left only with the registration process before they embark on their exciting education journey together with BrainMax Animation.
THE REGISTRATION PROCESS
BrainMax has a simple three part registration process that eases the applicants from tedious and complex procedures.
REGISTRATION FEES
The amount to be paid as registration fee is Rs. 2500/-
It can be dispensed in the form of cash, cheque or DD addressed to BrainMax Multimedia Pvt Ltd, Chennai. The completed application form must be included along with the payment if not filled earlier. Applicants living outside of Chennai may pay only through DD. It can be sent through post/courier that includes a covering letter which mentions your full name and contact details. It is safe to mention their choice of alternate batch in case your chosen batch gets filled up before the arrival of their DD. In such cases, the applicants will be informed before their DD is encashed.
FIRST INSTALLMENTS
The first instalment must reach BrainMax Animation at least one month in advance to the commencement of the course or as declared by the administrative office. The student will be communicated through email on the deadline for paying the first installment. Failing to pay the said amount on or before the deadline will result in the cancellation of your admission. However all candidates are offered with a grace period of three days.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
3 Passport Size Photographs
Photocopies of the certificates of previous education records
Certifications of other qualifications mentioned in the application, if any.
All these must be submitted on or before the commencement date of the course.
FEE POLICY
It is advisable to enquire thoroughly about the courses before registering or paying the first instalments as fees once paid will not be refunded.
